Reunions are a time of visiting with remembering past events. Being able to enjoy that time with classmates and family is even more fun when you know that professional pictures are being taken at the event so you can focus on having fun.

Our group photographs are taken with professional grade cameras and professional lighting. Our goal is for you to be able to see each of your classmates in the photographs.

Our event cd will be used at future family reunions to relive memories and laugh at changing styles.

Available Reunion Photography services include:

• Photography of the full class, grade schools and junior highs as well as any requested groups

• Groups photographs are printed that night and delivered for $16 for the first picture purchased and $12 for grade schools and special groups.
  
  
• Free Committee Photographs for committee members and half price group photographs for committee members.
  
  
• CDs of candid and event photographs Our event CDs are fun images taken at the reunion placed on a disk with no copyright and available for all the classmates. That disk will have at least two hundred images of your reunion. An option we offer is for the reunion committee to pay for all the images in advance and we will place them on a website for a free download.
  
  About an hour before the end of the reunion we will stop taking candid photographs and will burn the images to DVDs for people to pick up.
  
  If one of our photo booths is a part of the event the images from the photo booth will also be included on the DVD.

• Photo Booths - We offer photo booth rentals in the Wichita and surrounding cities through Kansas Photo Booths. The photo booth is discounted a minimum of $150 for reunions where we are providing other services. For large reunions where we are offering class photos and candids the basic photo booth may be free for two hours. All photo booth pictures will be available on the candid photo disk.

• Step up to the kiosk and record a video message to all of your class mates. Our kiosk is designed for good quality video and audio capture.

Typical Reunion Photography Package

If a reunion qualifies there is no charge for our services. What determines if we will cover the reunion for free is the size and year of the reunion.

 

Here are our common services:

- Photography of the entire class.

- Photography of smaller groups such as grade schools.

- Special request groups.

- Reunion committee.

- Candid photographs throughout the event. These are made available on DVDs.

- Photo booth.

 

Group portraits are delivered the night of the photography and are priced at $16 for an 8x12 OR 8x10. The print size will be determined prior to the reunion. If photographs are pre-purchased for all attendees we can offer up to a 60% discount on this rate.

 

Event DVDs with the photo booth pictures may be available that night. For larger reunions we will mail them. The cost for the event DVD is $20.

We will also work to be as accommodating and flexible as possible. In this photograph we added three late arrival classmates and one classmate that was unable to be there. It is this attention customer requests that makes reunion photography by Art's Photography the right choice.
